Q : How do I use my membership benefits?

It all starts by logging on to your exclusive member’s only website at www.ahs-usa.com. Members are entitled to all the benefits once your membership application has been processed by our main office at AMO, LLC. Once your application has been processed, you will receive a welcome email from Customer Support providing you with your log-on ID and password.

Q : Who is included in my membership?

Your family membership plan is for your immediate family; You, your companion or spouse, and your children.

Q : Do I have to be with my family when they use my membership?

Not at all. They must be at least 21 years of age. The person checking in will need to be the one listed during the booking process with their credit card.

Q : Who do I contact if I have questions about my membership?

The easiest way is to send an email to customer support at: support@goldcrownvacations.com. You will receive a prompt response to your question.

Q : Can I travel last minute?

Absolutely! Members may select and book luxury resorts worldwide using our real time reservation tools from as little as 48 hours out to one full year in advance. You are in the driver’s seat.

Q : How can I renew my membership?

If you are on our recurring monthly plan then you will card will automatically be processed for the agreed upon amount. If you are on a yearly plan you will be contacted by AMO prior to the anniversary of your membership start date.

Q : Can I book a vacation past my membership expiration date?

Yes. Any resort vacation that is booked within your membership term will be honored.

Q : Do you offer all-inclusive vacations?

Yes, just click on the ‘Book’ tab next to the resort, and any all-inclusive rates will be listed.

Q : How does your membership work?

Simple. Both text and video tutorials are available on the website to make navigation, searching and booking a simple process.

Q : What is it like to vacation in a resort condominium or cottage?

Resort condominium vacationing is the only way you will ever want to travel again. You will experience the comforts of home in spacious studios, one and two bedroom condos. Enjoy deluxe resort amenities like pools, Jacuzzis, tennis courts, children’s activities, exercise rooms and more. Most resorts are located close to nearby attractions in the most sought after destinations in the world. Resort amenities vary by location.

Q : How long will it take to receive confirmation?

Q : Can I book back to back vacation weeks or more than one condo at a time?

Yes you can. If it’s available and you want it, it’s yours. Have fun. You always have privileges when you’re a AMO Member!

Q : Can we change our check in day once we are confirmed?

Unfortunately, no. Once you are confirmed, your arrival dates cannot be changed or canceled. Contact us though, no guarantee, but we do work miracles from time to time.

Q : Do luxury resorts have specific check in days?
